Dr Kingstone Mutsonziwa is a seasoned research and analytics leader with over 23 years of experience in market and socio-economic research. As co-founder and Non-Executive Director of Sigma Kairos, he currently serves as Executive of Data and Analytics at FinMark Trust - bringing deep expertise in research strategy, data analytics, project management, and both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.

Dr Kingstone has extensive experience leading large-scale, nationally representative surveys across developing economies in Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean - focusing on consumer and business perceptions of financial services. He is a strategic thinker, mentor, and trainer, with a strong track record of engaging senior stakeholders including policymakers, regulators, financial service providers, development partners, and academic institutions. Prior to joining FinMark Trust, he served as Research and Development Director at a Johannesburg market research firm, and previously lectured Statistics at universities.
